Lunar New Year is a celebration of the beginning of spring and the arrival of the new year. It's also known as Spring Festival. During this 15 day holiday, celebrate with foods and traditions that symbolize prosperity, abundance and togetherness. One of the foods we have on our table to celebrate is fish, 鱼 - pronounced as 'yu' in Chinese signifies abundance, and is a sign of prosperity.
