Are you available for freelance design work?
Yes, I am available for freelance design work. This service is not considered a commission as commissions are for personal use. Freelance design work involves the following (but not limited to): website design, brand illustrations, brand collaborations and art licensing, etc. Complete this request form or email us to request a quote.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All products are original designs printed on demand or made to order. To reduce our carbon footprint, printed card orders are placed twice a week and shipped out once a week. We batch orders when possible and the printing we partner with plants one tree for every order we place. Once we receive the orders, details such embellishments and optional lettering are done by hand. Made to order products are hand painted and packed. Due to the nature of our products, slight variations in color and design may vary. We do our best to ensure consistency in the final product as close to the original you see listed as possible. Each order is packed with minimal packaging while making sure your item will arrive securely. Our long term goal is to be plastic free and implement more sustainable processes (ie, recycled paper, soy inks, working with vendors that are aligned with our values).

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Any changes to your order must be made withing 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately and include your order number.
IMPORTANT: Changes are not guaranteed and may cause delays in shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped. Please email us and include your order number.

CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your shipping address. To do so, please email us your correct shipping address and order number.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders usually ship within 10 business days. Why this long? Each card is currently print on demand or made to order with any embellishments and optional custom lettering done by hand. We place bulk orders twice a week and ship out packages once a week. The time may vary depending on the amount of open orders we currently have. We have one person designing, painting, packaging, shipping, marketing, etc myself. This means that it can take up to 5-8 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order can ship.
IMPORTANT: Single card orders will ship in a stamped envelope, so there is no tracking information available. USPS estimates a shipping time of 2-5 days; we suggest alloting an additional three days in case of carrier delays. Expedited shipping options with tracking are available for purchase.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we offer only domestic shipping within the U.S. We are looking to add international shipping in the future!

WHAT IS A 'PRE-SHIPMENT'?
Pre-shipment means that a shipping label for your order has been generated, is being packaged and will be shipped soon.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED BACK TO THE SENDER?
If your package is being returned to the sender it could be for one of the following reasons:​

Address was typed incorrectly at checkout.

The package was refused by someone.

The package was unclaimed (in some cases packages are delivered to leasing offices or local post offices and are never picked up. Due to this, they will return it to the sender).
If your tracking number says it's being returned to the sender, we will have to wait to physically receive the package to reship it (additional shipping fees may apply). Please email us with your order number with any additional questions.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
If your tracking number says delivered but you haven't received your package, please do the following:

Check with your neighbors.

Check all the places your mail could be delivered ( front door / leasing office / backyard / mail room).

Check with your local post office.

We also recommend waiting a few extra days. Packages are sometimes mistakenly marked as delivered and they turn up a few days later. If it has been a few days since your tracking confirmed delivered, check with your local post office again.

Please make sure to double/triple check your shippings addresses! This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT especially during the holiday months. Sometimes the USPS system will flag the address as unverified. In these cases, we will contact you directly before shipping your package to confirm the mailing address.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND?
All sales are final. We do not process refunds due to the print on demand and made to order nature of the items. However, there are special circumstances in which an exchange or store credit is possible. See "Can I return / exchange my order?" below for details.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
No refunds, returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Each one is print on demand or handmade and unique. However, if there is a problem with you order, there are special circumstances in which an exchange or store credit may be possible. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order and allow 2-3 business days for a response.
