WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders usually ship within 10 business days. Why this long? Each card is currently print on demand or made to order with any embellishments and optional custom lettering done by hand. We place bulk orders twice a week and ship out packages once a week. The time may vary depending on the amount of open orders we currently have. We have one person designing, painting, packaging, shipping, marketing, etc myself. This means that it can take up to 5-8 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order can ship. Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday, at the earliest.
IMPORTANT: Single card orders will ship in a stamped envelope, so there is no tracking information available. USPS estimates a shipping time of 2-5 days; we suggest alloting an additional three days in case of carrier delays. Expedited shipping options with tracking are available for purchase.

At this time, we offer only domestic shipping within the U.S. We aim to provide international shipping in the future.

WHAT IS A 'PRE-SHIPMENT'?
Pre-shipment means that a shipping label for your order has been generated, is currently being packaged and will be shipped soon.
MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND?
All sales are final. I do not process refunds due to the nature of the products. However, there are special circumstances such as mail delivery damage in which an exchange or store credit is possible. See "Can I return / exchange my order?" below for details.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
No refunds, returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Each one is printed on demand or handmade and cannot be replicated. However, if there is a problem with you order, there are special circumstances in which an exchange or store credit may be possible. Please email me within 5 days of receiving your order and allow 2-3 business days for a response.
